Working on Wall behind the Stage

Moving on after the wall

He began with the doors of the gymnasium, filling them with graceful, arching figures. Moving on to the first really large piece, the artist then carved the huge wall behind the stage, using the visual symbols of an embracing Jesus and the Resurrection to symbolize the universal human challenge of overcoming ego and moving toward the discovery of one's deeper and loving self.
